Scholarships:

Bangor Bursary
For students coming from the EU, the Bangor scholarship consists of up to £ 3,000, which can be received as additional financial support over a 3-year program.
Bangor scholarships are available in addition to any other loan and other university scholarships for which you may be eligible. Eligibility for a Bangor scholarship depends on:

1. Your family income: all those with a family income below 40,000 will receive either a grant of £ 1,000 or a scholarship of £ 500 a year from the university, and from
2. The program you are studying; you must be a student of a full-time bachelor's degree program (to mention, students who receive other scholarships, eg from the NHS, Health & Social Care Council, will not be eligible for the Bangor scholarship system), with a fee of £ 9,000 tuition to be paid to the University.

The scholarships are available to students in the UK (excluding Wales) and the EU and do not have to be refunded.
Eligibility for a Bangor scholarship will be assessed as part of the legal assessment of livelihoods, an evaluation carried out by the student financial organization, when completing the application form to finance the studies. This means that you do not have to apply directly to the university for a Bangor scholarship - you will be automatically evaluated, and your scholarship will be transmitted starting March 1st of each academic year.

Because you must complete the evaluation forms from Student Finance each year, the amount of the Bangor scholarship for which you may be eligible may change from year to year.

Sports scholarships
The Bangor's Sports Scholarship Scholarship aims to recognize and support sports excellence and achievement. The scholarships, with a value of up to £ 3,000 per year, are not limited to a particular sport or to young people studying certain programs. However, in most cases, those who will be able to represent the university in the British University and Colleges Sport (BUCS) competitions will benefit.
To be eligible for a sports scholarship, you must:

- have the ability to reach the podium or score in the BUCS championships
- be a competitor at European, Community or international level in the sport of your choice
- Do not compete at present in a sport or at a level where money prizes are offered.
To apply for sports scholarships, UCAS applicants must complete the application form by March 31st.
